Cookie Policy – www.chirsich.com
This document contains information related to the technologies that allow this Application to achieve the purposes described below. These technologies allow the Owner to collect and retain information (for example, through the use of Cookies) or to use resources (for example, by running a script) on the User’s device when the latter interacts with this Application.
For simplicity reasons, in this document, these technologies are briefly defined as “Tracking Tools”, if there’s no need for a distinction.
For example, although Cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, it would be inappropriate to talk about Cookies in the context of applications for mobile devices, since these are Tracking Tools that require the presence of a browser. For this reason, within this document, the term Cookie is used exclusively to indicate that specific type of Tracking Tool.
Some of the purposes for which Tracking Tools are used may also require the User’s consent. If consent is given, it can be freely revoked at any time by following the instructions contained in this document.
This Application only uses Tracking Tools managed directly by the Owner (commonly called “first-party” Tracking Tools).
Duration and expiry of first-party Cookies and other similar Tracking Tools may vary depending on what is established by the Owner. Some of them expire at the end of the User’s browsing session.
Activities strictly necessary to ensure the functioning of this Application and the provision of the Service
This Application uses commonly called “technical cookies” or other similar Tracking Tools to carry out activities strictly necessary to guarantee the functioning of this Application or provision of the Service.
How to manage preferences and give or withdraw consent
There are many ways to manage your Tracking Tools preferences and give or withdraw consent, where necessary:
Users can manage Tracking Tools preferences directly through their device settings – for example, they can prevent the use or retention of Tracking Tools.
In addition, whenever the use of Tracking Tools depends on consent, the User can give or revoke such consent by setting their preferences in the Cookie Policy or updating such preferences via the privacy widget for preferences relating to consent, if present.
Thanks to specific browser or device functions, it is also possible to remove previously saved Tracking Tools, including those used to save the consent preferences initially expressed by the User.
Other Tracking Tools present in the browser’s local memory can be removed by deleting the browsing history.
How to identify Tracking Tools Settings
For example, Users can find information on cookie management through some of the following popular browsers:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Apple Safari
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Microsoft Edge
Brave
Opera
Users can also manage some mobile Tracking Tools by disabling them via the corresponding device settings, such as advertising settings for mobile devices or general tracking settings (Users can check the device settings to identify the relevant ones).
Consequences of Tracking Tools rejection
Users are free to decide whether to allow the use of Tracking Tools. However, Tracking Tools allow this Application to provide the Users with a better experience and advanced features (in compliance with the purposes expressed in this document). Therefore, if the User decides to block the use of Tracking Tools, the Owner may not be able to offer the relevant features.

Given the actual complexity of identification of tracking technologies, the Users are asked to contact the Owner if he/she wishes to receive further information about the use of aforementioned technologies in this Application.
