RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Products purchased on the website can be returned by directly informing Valentina Chirsich (hereinafter “The Seller”) and sending an e-mail to the address v.chirsich@gmail.com within 7 days from the delivery date, without any additional charges except shipping costs, which must always be paid by the customer.

The return policy refers only to products purchased from the Boutique section of the website www.chirsich.com and exclusively to those products presenting manufacturing defects; considering the unique nature of those hand-made products, any asymmetries and/or irregularities shall not be deemed as “manufacturing defects” when compared to the pictures of the original products that can be found in the website.

In the event of incorrect information given by the customer (e.g.: wrong size for the rings), it will not be considered among the “manufacturing defects.”

Custom-made or tailor-made products are excluded.

Products purchased in the retailer shops that sell Chirsich jewelry are excluded.

The customer agrees to return the products within 10 business days from the date of the withdrawal notice sent via e-mail.

All expenses related to the shipping of the products are entirely borne by the customer.

The Seller commits to refund the customer within 30 days from receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that the products are correctly placed in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged, nor used), and equipped with all their accessories and documents such as brochures, invoices, etc.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the products have been returned and delivered to the Seller itself, to evaluate the conditions mentioned above.

Failure to return the products within the established terms entails, in any case, the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal in a manner non-compliant with the methods and terms set out above, he or she will not be entitled to a refund of the amount spent.

The refund will occur via bank transfer to the current account in the name of the customer included in the purchase invoice.
