TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

GENERAL INFORMATION

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter the “General Conditions”) govern the terms and conditions that regulate the sale by Valentina Chirsich (hereinafter the “Seller”) of her Chirsich brand products (hereinafter the “Products”), also online via the website www.chirsich.com (hereinafter the “Website”) or her social media. These General Conditions apply to all sales of Valentina Chirsich’s Products.

Please read carefully and accept these General Conditions before placing an order to purchase any Product.

Each time the customer intends to place a purchase order, he or she must declare to have read, understood and accepted the contents of these Terms and Conditions. If the customer does not accept, he or she will not be able to place purchase orders for any Product.

PRODUCT PRICING AND SHIPPING COSTS

The price of the Products on show on the website www.chirsich.com is expressed in Euros and includes VAT at 22%.

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the Products indicated in the site at any time.

The prices of the Products do not include shipping costs, which must always be paid by the customer and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Custom-made and tailor-made Products, to be defined upon contact (via email or telephone) and subsequent discussion of the project with Valentina Chirsich, payment of a 30% deposit of the final price will be required upon order confirmation. The balance must be paid when the Product is ready for shipment or collection (depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer); the Product will not be delivered until the entire agreed amount has been paid.

DELIVERY VIA COURIER: TERMS AND TIMELINES

After payment confirmation, the Product will be processed within the following timelines: from 1 to 4 weeks, excluding shipping times depending on the courier’s schedule. Delivery across Italy: 1 to 3 business days. Delivery across Europe: 3 to 6 business days.

The customer or an authorized third party must be present to collect the Product upon delivery.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to collect the Product directly from Valentina Chirsich at the address specified in the Contact section, without additional costs.

It is understood that the indicated delivery times via courier must be considered indicative and not binding. The Seller, not being able to directly control the deliveries of the products after their shipment, cannot be held responsible in any way for any delayed delivery.

The risk of loss and damage to the Product, for reasons not attributable to Valentina Chirsich, will be transferred to the customer when the Product is physically in the possession of the latter or of a third party appointed by him to collect the Product.

FORCE MAJEURE

Valentina Chirsich cannot be held responsible for failure or delayed fulfillment of the obligations due to circumstances beyond the reasonable and foreseeable control of Valentina Chirsich (hereinafter “Force Majeure”).

Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to, strikes and other forms of industrial conflict; civil mobilizations and insurrections, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, armed conflicts (declared or undeclared) or threats or preparations for conflicts; fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, epidemics or other natural disasters; inability to use public or private means of telecommunications; epidemics or pandemics. The execution of Valentina Chirsich’s obligations pursuant to these General Conditions will be suspended for the period in which the Force Majeure events occur.

Valentina Chirsich will do everything in her power to find solutions that allow the proper fulfillment of her obligations, despite any issues caused by Force Majeure events.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The Seller guarantees customer support before and after the sale, through the channels specified in the Contact section.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights connected to the Website and the Seller’s social media, content included, are exclusive property of Valentina Chirsich. The Website, the social media and their content cannot be reproduced either in whole or in part, transferred by electronic or conventional means, modified, linked, and used for any purpose without prior written consent from Valentina Chirsich.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Valentina Chirsich reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time and, more generally, all the information specified on the Website such as Product dimensions, characteristics, colors, shapes, weight, or price.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

Valentina Chirsich will do everything possible to ensure that the Website is available without interruption 24 hours a day, but cannot in any way be held responsible if, for any reason, the Website will not be accessible and/or operational at any time or for any period.

Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the event of system failures, maintenance or for reasons beyond Valentina Chirsich’s control or Force Majeure events.

DATA PROTECTION

Valentina Chirsich will process the personal data of customers in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679/EU (“GDPR”) and in compliance with the applicable national law on the protection of personal data.
